It was an adorable arrangement for my great granddaughter.
It was very easy to shop and the arrangement selections are lovely. However, the photo displayed on the website showed a much fuller arrangement. According to the size options you can choose, the middle option Deluxe is supposed to be the one that most closely matches the photo. The recipient sent a photo of their flowers once they arrived, and the arrangement seemed a little sparse compared to the photo. I also was disappointed that the white lilies were not included, but it could be due to the flower season. The white lilies were an important part of my arrangement choice. Overall, I would order again!
The flowers I ordered were to be delivered yesterday and I paid the $2.99 extra fee to do so. They were just delivered this morning.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
