I ordered these flowers for an elderly friend of mine in a nursing home. I requested they be delivered one day and then a couple days later I traveled from Arkansas to Mississippi to visit with her. The flowers themselves were beautiful but they were not professionally arranged--just kind of stuck in the vase. Since I was not there when they arrived I can't say it was for sure fromyouflowers or the person who delivered it. Usually, all the flowers I order from fromyouflowers are not only super nice quality but arranged just great. Since I did not know who was responsible for the delivery of these flowers I did not notify you earlier but did run across this email and decided to let you know. It appeared that the beautiful roses and baby's breath had been just stuck in the vase.
Needed a present for same day delivery. The gift basket was delivered the same day as promised

Had a fruit basket ordered for friends who lost their wife and mom. Promised to be delivered in time for the viewing and funeral to help feed all the guests. Did not arrive. Had to call and find out where it was. They promised to send it again but it is passed the service. Extremely disappointed and will not use them again!
The site accepted my order and informed me that it will be delivered the same day. But after a few hours, I received an email stating that my order will not be delivered today! Other web sites, such as 1800 flowers, simply told me from the beginning that we were late for the same day delivery. So I didn't order from them. Your website lied! I'm very unhappy.

I said back door second floor and they left it in the front of the house at a different apartment. By the time my mother in law found the bouquet outside( this morning in the cold) the water had frozen some and flowers were frosted. I will call her tomorrow to find out if the flowers are still alive.It is important to follow the directions of the consumer to get accurate satisfaction... Disappointed, her sister died of cancer and that was meant to lift her spirits
