The flowers were beautiful but they were the wrong color, I paid for purple flowers my daughter got pink instead. She was satisfied with them but that's not what I paid for. Kinda of disappointed.

Customer service supervisor rectified the matter but I am giving you guys a chance again because we all deserve a second chance. Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
