Not able to edit date of delivery!
I ordered what I thought was an autumn/Thanksgiving like birthday bouquet and my sister sent a photo and it looks more like a summer pinkish red small bunch of flowers. I was disappointed and guess I will stick to Teleflora because I get what they show in the photos.

I ordered a centerpiece for an early Thanksgiving dinner and it is absolutely beautiful! I was totally surprised and grateful that it came on time and looked so great! Delivery fees are my only complaint - $9.99 - would be in the acceptable range - delivery fees are almost half the cost of your mid range product - would rater upgrade to deluxe product and get more flowers than have to settle for mid range and pay the same amount of money to cover "fees and delivery"...

How did this site get JD Power award? There were special instructions when I placed the order for 11:00 delivery. I called at 11:30 when the flowers had not arrived, they said the flowers should be on their way. To call back at 12:30 if they had not arrive. I called and was on hold for 20 minutes then hung up on. I called back and was on hold for 15 minutes and then the rep came on the phone and told me that unfortunately the flower shop they had scheduled could not do the arrangement -that they would be happy to send the recipient flowers tomorrow -------- I said the recipient is my mother and this was for her memorial service! I could not be there, at least I could order flowers and now -my bad for trusting this FromYouFlowers it should be F@#kYouFlowers! The refund is laughable at this point.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
