Easy fast reasonable...

Easy fast reasonable... But the flowers that I order didn't look as I expected. There were some additional add-on fees that I didn't expect but overall it was fast it was cheap and it served its purpose it made the recipient extremely happy

Ordering and shipping were great. However the arrangement I ordered was not what was received. The color scheme was close and that was all. I picked the arrangement because of the certain flowers in it none of which were in the one received. I ordered it a week in advance and gave my phone number with the order. If it could not have been filled I would like to have been called and asked what I would like done. The flowers that we did get were lovely, just not desired.

The flowers arrived and are NOT what was ordered

The flowers arrived and are NOT what was ordered.
Gladiolus were ordered and we received snap dragons.
We ordered Glorious Glads Deluxe and apparently were charged a much higher price.
The charge was $103. The order should have been more like 70.

Extremely disappointed with my wife's Birthday flowers.

Even though the flowers were not delivered the same day as promised, I received excellent customer service when I made them aware of this. They responded within 24 hours and issued a partial refund to my credit card. Issues happen, what set a company apart is how they respond to those issues. Their response was perfect.

I just had a hard time deciding which arrangement to send.
Order received is not the lavender I ordered. It is purple. I am disappointed in the color but the size and arrangement is fine.

The sympathy arrangement in the pics were white flowers. Very conducive for a funeral. What came was nothing but bright yellow flowers in a picnic type basket something for a festive occasion. I was very disappointed and a little embarrased.
