Price is right with speedy delivery
I ordered flowers on Tuesday for a funeral on Wednesday, however the flowers were not delivered on the required day, they were delivered a day later. This is very disappointing to say the least. I contacted them via chat and the rep offered me 50% of my order refunded, which it was, I was so dissappointed since the funeral was held on Wednesday and the flowers were not there. My Aunt notified me that the flowers were finally delivered Wednesday night after I had chatted online but that was after 11:00 pm. The email I received said they were delivered this morning so I am not really sure when they were delivered and since I am too embarrassed to call my Aunt and ask I will never know. If I had enough time to have these deliver I could have pushed it a day or so if needed. This was an unplanned event, I was not able to attend but I tried to send a nice bouquet in my absence. I purchased the most expensive bouquet for $75. I will never use your service again and I suggest you dont either.
Everything was amazing up until I saw the price, but thought to myself must be extremely beautiful flowers and my girlfriend is worth it, upon receiving them and expecting 'premium' flowers I was a little let down with the amount of flowers within the vase, nice flowers but not the 'premium' I expected to pay for...
Maybe be a little more upfront about the shipping fees.

There was no mention of a $15 "handling fee" when I was shopping. This is unfair to spring on someone when they are checking out. I thought I was spending $35 and ended up spending $50. That is almost half the cost of the arrangement I selected. But it is for my mom and I hope the arrangement is very special for $50.
