Was a gift and was great and just in time
I was able to send cookies to my son in college, and have them arrive the same day. He was having a tough time, and to be able to send him a gift from so far away meant a lot to me. The cookies made his day.

SITE WORKS WELL, USER FRIENDLY
Have used you before and always good experience. This time not happy with delivery. Driver left the flowers outside in uncovered area instead of trying a neighbor. It was raining off and on all day. Luckily she returned home and they were ok
It was great - my issue had to do with me - cause i forgot my expiration date on my card - and they gave me free shipping. So fantastic. My daughter will be thrilled when she gets her flowers. Thanks

I was really angry that there was no mention of the service and handling fee up front. We placed the order with certain price in mind; it exceeded our initial budget but we needed to send the flowers today. Misleading web site. Will not recommend and not plan to use again.
This order was a gift for a special occasion and was delivered to my daughter's work address and I was pleased it was delivered during work hours the same day I placed the order. The assortment was beautiful and she loved it. I've ordered from this company before and will continue even though the delivery fee has increased
The surprise of 14.99 handling was deceiving
The flower arrangement that was delivered to my best friend was nothing at all like the arrangement I picked out. No sunflowers in the arrangement - basically only 3 different color flowers (all in autumn colors). Very disappointed!
Not sure what was going on with the site but my order jumped from $34.99 (sale price) to over $60 final cost first time I tried to process the order. I closed the screen and reentered the same information and the second time around the final price came to approx. $54.
Order was received but looks much smaller than was represented online.
I would have liked to have been able to request an AM delivery.

I ordered and paid for delivery before 12:00 and they simply called me back (after I sent message via Facebook) and said, sorry we can not deliver today we will do it tomorrow.

I told them - shame!
Do not order flowers from fromyouflowers.com if you actually want them to be delivered!
Unfortunately I can not use less then one star, they don't deserve even one!
