Great, easy and quick! The flowers did not look like the flowers pictured online. They were not as pretty and much more basic.
Hiding the rather high 'handling' fee until the very end was deceiving.
Confusion in the delivery address. The original time commitment was missed and the followup time commitment was also missed.
I was told I would be called back. Never received any call back.
The delivery agent who called due to address confusion could barely speak English and I had a lot of difficulty understanding him and he in understanding my instructions.
I had to call three times to find out if delivery was made.

I paid for same day delivery and placed the order at 10:30 am. Flowers were delivered at 4:30 and they looked like a rush job. The arrangement had the roses all in one area, they were not scattered around in the vase. Very disappointed on how they looked. I will not be using your seevices again. Thank you.

2nd time I have used your services and failed to deliver at promised time...poor service...wont be using again...I would rather spend more money and have the product I ordered delivered when promised...This is the 2nd time the delivery was confirmed delivered and wasnt...the current purchase was CONFIRMED yesterday and wasnt. Was not able to get order delivered on either of the two significant dates I had in mind. Kind of frustrating because it defeats the purpose of the surprise on the special date. (11/25/19 & 12/8/19)
Way better than FTD. The flowers were received by my family and they said they were beautiful.
Prior to calling and speaking with someone, I was shocked at how much the original delivery fee was and cancelled the order. I was then sent an email giving me free delivery.
