Its always great! Update: I received a email saying my order was cancelled and I immediately called in to see why. I was so happy the agent was able to get the ball back rolling and the items were still delivered the same day. Basically the only problem I had.

The overall experience was great however the fee that was tacked on at the end I thought was extremely higher than other websites...had I catched it before I finalized my order I probably wouldn't have ordered the flowers do to the high fee. No wonder the flowers were such a low cost because of the extremely high fee tacked on at the end
