When I received an order that I placed for December 5th, there were a few flower substitutions and the vase was completely different. I was not really happy with the appearance of the arrangement. There were pine fragments hanging way over the small container and it looked messy on my front desk. I am a receptionist and a lot of people walk past so I wanted something that looked elegant and festive.
They were very pretty and the service was efficient.
The flowers arrived day after my daughter in laws birthday. They did refund me 3.00

Nice selection. Shipping and handling is too high. It was a gift and my friend said the flowers are beautiful. I can't see for myself, so the rating system doesnt really apply to me. When I Googled ProFlowers, fromyouflowers.com came up. Is ProFlowers out of business?
The arrangement did not look like the picture. It was much smaller and it appeared to have 1 large rose just plopped in the center. I was disappointed with the arrangement

The selection of floral gifts was excellent, the website was very easy to use, and the prices were quite reasonable, with none of the surprise hidden fees at checkout that I have come to expect from other floral gift services. Best of all, the flowers were absolutely gorgeous, really high-quality. Fromyouflowers.com will be my go-to floral gift service.
Arrived late only due to it being dropped off at the wrong addresses. Only one issue I had was the pretzels were broken when they finally made it to my door, but they were yummy no complaints on freshness or flavor. I definitely would recommend to family and friends and would order again.
