The recipient of this plant sent me a picture of what was sent to her. I wish I could send you a picture. The plant was in a 4' pot. Very tiny for the price I paid I will not order again. I was embarrassed when she sent the picture to me. I guess the other two orders looked the same. I haven't heard from them. I can only imagine what they are thinking of me.
It was really pretty but really small
We thought we were getting flowers delivered to 92 year old mother from a local florist...they were delivered by ups and left on front porch the day before they were supposed to be delivered... packaged well Mom had to have someone else com and unpack them and put in vase for her.totally unacceptable!

Placing the order was easy. Didn't realize that it was going to come Packed up in a box by UPS, my thinking was that they were coming from a local flower shop. With that said I will not order again due to being boxed up.

Good other than I couldn't add a second bouquet with out spending more money due to their zip code. Easier and cheaper to call forest in their area directly.
It was an overall great experience. It would be nice to see the size of each bouquet is whether it's the basic, deluxe, or premium. Price is a tad high for the basic, but my mother loved them, so thank you for getting them delivered on time.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
