Easy process from my home. Very convenient and the pictures of the received gifts looked beautiful and was very pleased. I actually ordered more for other family members after I saw the pictures. It was of the little Christmas tree. Then I ordered some fruit to go with it. So pleased. Thank you.

I'm certain this place is a scam. I ordered the jingle bells bouquet. I ordered the standard version. When clicking on my options at no point did the photo for what I was about to purchase change. When it arrived it was the smallest most ridiculous and poor quality thing I had ever seen. There was no photos online of the item I received at all. When I complained to customer service they told me I got what I paid for and that the photo online is only of the deluxe version. At no point while using the site do they mention this is happening and for 45$ I feel I have been cheated. I will NEVER use this site again EVER! The call I got from the customer service team was hard to understand and the speaker sounded like a confused child and has attitude, then offered me a 10$ credit to order more flowers! Are you kidding I will not be using this place ever again! I want my money back! I will make sure anyone I know does not use From you Flowers!
