I was very disappointed in the bouquet. It was significant smaller than it appeared in your online display.
I got offered a sale but the service /handling fees, expedited fee and all other sales taxes and fees were ridiculous! Almost $25! The final delivery wasn't as pretty as what I wanted. I was hoping for the red in the vase with red flowers. Even though I got the brown pot I suppose it's a better pot. I didn't like the multicolored carnations in my Christmas arrangement and I missed the frosted pine cones look. Instead of the nice neat brown look I got the long and flimsy Christmas tree look. Oh well! The florist still did a nice arrangement.
The arrangement far exceeded what I expected. They were beautiful. Great experience and would highly recommend using fromyouflowers.com. This was the first time using them and will be the only one I use from now on.

I personally didn't actually get to see the final product in person since I had it delivered to someone else. However, they thanked me for the flowers so I know they arrived.

I ordered the Holly Jolly Ornament arrangement and paid for a Premium bouquet. What was delivered was nothing like what was advertised. The vase was not an ornament and the flowers are nothing like what I ordered. Also the size was not Premium. I did not get what I paid for and will never order from you again!

Between shopping online, trying to place an order and then being on the phone, two different times with a different representative each time, I was tied up for over an hour and DID NOT get my order completed.
Today I received a follow e-mail to return and my shipping & handling would be included. (This got me to return because yesterday I was just trying to get my credit of $12.31 to be used and they were having none of it!
Same day delivery product choices, quality, time to delivery exceeds other flower delivery options and my expectations!
