If you are going to charge a $15 handling fee it should be stated up front so consumers can make an informed buying decision. Tacking it on without notice, AFTER choosing what to send and being happy to be sending flowers kind of feels dishonest or shady. Actually, I would cancel the order but I've already agreed with others (who also didn't know of the extra charge) on this particular item. I'm not happy tho...tell people about the BS charge BEFORE they go thru the whole checkout process.

I hate these surveys
First the delivery person said they called my mom before delivery but I had her waiting for a delivery and she said the phone never rang. They hung a note on the door saying she needed to pick up her delivery because she wasn't home. She was home but she is disabled and did not hear them knock on the door. I called the number provided on her note and they rerouted the delivery person back to complete the delivery. So that worked out. But I ordered a mini Christmas tree... and received a flower arrangement. The flowers used were correct but the shape was not a tree shape as shown in the photo, it was described as a mini tree, received a one sided arrangement. It's very pretty but not accurate. This was the second time I used this site and the second time I didn't receive what was ordered, I was using the photo and description as the guide.

There was no way to change the product at review. Somehow it went from regular to deluxe and unless I started over or called you, I couldn't change it even though it says you can change the product. You can only change billing and delivery info. Felt stuck and had larger more expensive one delivered. If I wanted to talk to someone I would have called to begin with!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
