Shipped as advertised, couldn't believe that we got next day delivery 5 days before Christmas and without an up charge.
My mother loves the flowers and the ordering system was very simple.
The Christmas bouquet was for my great aunt and disabled cousin and they had called and said that it was beautiful. That is all that mattered.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
