Prices displayed early on are very dfferent from final pricing. This site doesn't show effective breakdowns of pricing until way to late in the process. This lack of information and clarity until way to late in the process is rather deceptive in my opinion.

When I placed my order I selected a delivery day, it was for a funeral, but not until after I selected the date and went to check out did it tell me it couldn't deliver on the date requested.
The delivery person gave it to a visitor outside who attempted to take credit for the bouquet. But after my friend looked at the bouquet, what should have been the front main pink lily had been smashed terribly&ruined somehow.
You advertised a bouquet for $19.99, but the real price is over $40.00. I didn't like the bait-and-switch tactic.
The recipient thanked me for the flowers and said they were pretty. But I didn't actually see them.

Originally got the confirmation email at 8am but the actual delivery didnt happen until 130ish. I was worried it went to the wrong spot most the day.
The delivery was as promised. The new mother was very pleased!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
