Terrible it all showed up in a box the flowers were squished the chocolate was completely melted and it was delivered 40 minutes late. Very disappointing. And it was for my wife's birthday.
Flowers looked horrible. Pick a bouquet with purple in it especially for my granddaughter. What was delivered was pitiful and no purple. Will never order from this site again. Paid to have same day delivery and was delivered over 24 hours after I ordered. Was refunded the fee but prefer sites that only promise what they can deliver.
Gift was to be delivered before 5p. My wife left at 5:30p and gift still wasnt there. She went to work this morning and the latex balloons were on ground deflated. I really wanted the gifr to arrive so she would get it on her birthday, which again the website said business deliveries would be before 5p. I would like some sort of refund. If its not addressed, i wouldnt use this company again.
My order was an entire day late which means it wasn't delivered for my mother's birthday. It was strawberries and cheesecake bites, so sitting in a warehouse for an extra night really affected the quality. I was pretty disappointed and will probably go back to shari's berries.

Great selection and easy ordering
The flowers were not like the image and the vase was not the one I picked. The arrangement was okay. The flowers arrived at tonight 1/10. I ordered 1/9 in the AM thinking since it said same day I'd get them to the recipient the same day and it was next day which was terrible but for the cost... Definitely not worth $50 for what we received with product or service.

Easy and convenient. Delivery was a bit of a hassle after they said same day delivery then replied back that they couldn't do same day. Then they said they would deliver first thing the next day and the flowers still didn't arrive until 4 or 3 pm mid day. I never received notification of delivery as promised.
Flower choices and the options that are available
Only thing I really didn't like the customized vase I ordered. It's just a plain vase and the pictures are just printed on waterproof paper to be inserted on the vase. So not worth the price. They delivered the flowers as promised and flowers were similar to picture shown.
Ordered flowers a month ago for my mother and they didn't look like the picture. Was kind of disappointed and in reading they used the correct flowers but didn't arrange them as shown nor were they in the vase that was shown so is was disheartening but I am seeing how these turn out? The second arrangement appears to be better.
