Difficult website to use
I haven't seen the flowers yet but my daughter said they are beautiful.
I ordered 3 different arrangements for my beloved aunt's funeral. One vase was supposed to be red and on one side of the coffin, the other purple, to be put on the other side. The red one was as it should be the purple vase was not there. They used a clear one and did not even put a purple bow on it to carry the color scheme. Would never use them again, and would most certainly NEVER, EVER, recommend them to ANYONE! I understand that sometimes there are shortages and substitutions need to be made, but they should always follow the theme, and the company should go the extra mile and make it better, not worse!
This can never be made up. Shame on this company.
Your prices are misleading... You should've said that there's a $15 service and handling charge right up front instead of slapping it on in the end after the credit information was all in there I haven't seen the flowers yet I could change my rating after I see them I hope that there is beautiful as the cost indicates
However the flowers came in a timely manner and they were beautiful!
Handling charge is too much in my opinion.

Very difficult ordering from the mobile site. Had to abandon that effort and wait for access to a desktop. Then, I couldn't access the account I had created the day before and had to check out as a guest.
That said, I did get excellent help from the "Chat" function. My recipient was discharged from the hospital earlier than expected and they courteously and promptly changed direction. My recipient was very happy with the fruit basket that was delivered - said it was "beautiful and delicious".
