On January 14th, I placed an order for a floral arrangement to be delivered to my Aunt on her birthday. I ordered it early, to make sure that she got It the day before her birthday and surprise her. Well, the date it was due to be delivered, was changed by them {three times) and I found out by an email, stating that they were having trouble finding someone to deliver it. I called them, to find out what was going on. Promised delivery for the next day. Next day came, No flowers yet again, and changed the date again! After 4 phone calls, a few emails and chats on line, numerous apologizes and promises, still no flowers. They gave me the total runaround on the truth! The one email stated that if I give them her address of a home, that they could have it redirected, as I gave them her home address! Just got off the phone with them again, another email to customer service, and after four days of fighting to get what I paid for delivered, I told them to refund my money. I'm sure that is gonna be a battle to get my money back, we shall see, but my next stop is the BBB. I have never been lied to so much in the last 4 days as I have been with ordering flowers from them! Please use another floral shop, as I wish there was a negative star on here ;)

They did not deliver the flowers on the scheduled date, which was a birthday. I got an email that evening stating they were sorry and it would be delivered the next day. I canceled the order after that, not wanting late delivery.
The flowere arrangement was truly beautiful. The whole experience: was easy to maneuver and priced right in my budget with the discount. I will have to be checking the site out looking for deals. And the delivery driver was courteous and called when on her way. Thanks for a great experience.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
