The flowers online show a lot of flowers.
The bouquet received had only a couple of flowers and mostly greens. Very disappointed
Fast delivery easy order
Easy to shop, great prices, always quality arrangements. However I requested a delivery date that fell on a Sunday. Unbeknownst to me the local flower shop does not deliver on Sundays (they are closed).They had apparently contacted Fromyouflower to let them know and the site went ahead and ok'd a delivery for Saturday. I would not have, as I needed them on a Sunday. I'm a upset that approval was given on my behalf without my actual consent. I was able to work with the flower shop and they actually still delivered my order on the Sunday needed. It was so wonderful of them to go out of their way for me, and greatly appreciated. This slight makes me unsure of how I will proceed in the future with this site.
Everything was fresh and delivery on time. I though their was supposed to be a red vase delivery with the order.
So far so good, the order was just placed for the first time but I want to note how easy the process is and same day shipping is almost too convenient. Thank You

I received the products but it was not the same, some flowers were missing,not like the picture.

They do a poor job outlining the $15 service and handling charge.
When my elderly mother tried to open the box of flowers she couldn't get it open for two days until I could get someone to help her.
Overall, an easy and pleasant experience... flowers were a bit different from those pictured on the site, but were attractive in the Bee Well arrangement. My daughter in law was very happy, My granddaughter loved the plush bee!

We are in Canada and ordered flowers as a get well wish for a friend in Kittaning, PA. The site was easy to use but for some reason, wouldn't let me edit the delivery date. Flowers were delivered on the date entered (which as stated previously I couldn't seem to change) and were very pretty. Would use this site again if ordering to the same area.
Flowers were put together wonderful. The colors are gorgeous! We were very much satisfied with our flower purchase.
Good prices but left out the $15 handling fee until the end. Couldn't you include that in the price to begin with? Annoying.

This started as a very positive experience, and actually ended as one also. We are very pleased with the flowers and the delivery.
But this was spoiled during the purchasing process when an unexpected $5 charge was added to my bill. I thought I was given a first-time 20% coupon credit of $6.50, but that was reduced to $1.50 once I approved the purchase. The $41 charge I approved became $46.
Please explain what happened, and correct the error, because we really would like to continue buying from your company. Thank you.

Think your delivery charge is high. The service was satisfactory. I haven't talked to the recipient to see how the plant looked, if it was like the picture or not. You should ask the recipient. Yes, I probably will use you again for floral arrangements.
