This was a gift sent to one of my clients. However, you sent this survey to me who ordered the product. You should have a process to send the survey to the receiver not the purchaser to acknowledge receipt and to fill in the survey. I have no clue what it looked like? I did have to text my client to make sure they received it. That should be something you do copy the Purchaser on the clients comments and when they received the gift. Thx.

Easy, quick and excellent selection
I ordered the premium arrangement for my wife's birthday and what showed up looks exactly like the regular arrangement. So much so that when it got delivered, I thought they were flowers from someone else. I took pictures and am happy to send them to you so you see what was sent. Very disappointed. What can be done to rectify this? I am not interested in a coupon for a future order as I can't see ordering from your service again. Not a positive experience...
I was a little disappointed with the presentation and it didn't include all the items I anticipated. I expected much more for the amount I paid.

The flowers I ordered do NOT look like what was received. Less flowers and different flowers than I ordered. It did not come in a purple vase either. I specifically searched for flowers with a pretty purple vase.
The receiver of the flowers was pleasantly surprised.

The flowers were damaged and some broken from the stem. It was smaller than the bouquet I selected.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
