Flowers didn't look fresh very sad
The plant I ordered was a yellow rose miniature plant and what was delivered was a lily plant.
So far so good. See what she says when she receives them tomorrow, she did not get them at work, she told me she didn't get them until 7 pm at home. The arrangement was pink and white and pretty but not the as pictured with the sunflowers roses and colors. That's why I didn't give you 5 stars. Why show pictures of flowers and give something different like the buyer won't know.

I ordered a flower set 5 days before my 15th wedding anniversary. I ordered 2 dozen long stemmed roses and was told they would be delivered on the day I requested. It was a Friday and not a holiday so there were no reasons not to be delivered on the date I selected. I received an email the day before the delivery saying my order could not be completed, but would arrive 2-3 days after my anniversary. This company did not even have the decency to call me and advised me there was something wrong with my order. If I did not check my email, my wife would have received nothing on our anniversary. I called customer service, who was very helpful and friendly, but I ended up rushing and ordering a new arrangement of flowers without even seeing them because I needed them rushed here the next day. If this company cannot fill the order that is paid for, then they should let me know earlier so I could have picked out what my wife really wanted.
Having paid $60+ dollars the flowers that were delivered weren't worth the price.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
