Shopping was easy online :) My sister-in-law loved it! My mother-in-law thought it was a real cake. The only complaint I have is that there were some fake flowers in it and for the price I was expecting all the flowers to be real.

I was able to get something delivered in a short time frame/same day which was what I needed done. I felt like the price was a little high for balloons.

I was asked to call for verification. I understand that they're trying to protect me from credit card fraud but I was passed on from one person to the next. It was frustrating. My friend loved the flowers so that was a good thing.

My father sent me a photo of the flowers and they looked awful. I could have bought flowers at a grocery store for $10 that would have looked nicer. I am incredibly disappointed and was embarrassed and aggravated that I spent so much money in such an empty and awful looking arrangement.

I only received half of my order at first, had to call the 800 number to see what was up, they followed through with getting the rest of my order and apologized for any inconvenience

I was charged twice on my account and I don't know why

I shouldn't have to spend a certain amount just to get delivered to a certain zip code, then why send the email specials to begin with

I would have liked to have known the total before I made the payment. Did not realize the $14.99 service charge was going to be there. Was over my budget.
I had updated the card but wasn't correct when it got to the funeral. A disappointment

My sister received a horrible arrangement that looks NOTHING like the arrangement that I had selected! Not even the same flowers (the ones I had chosen are my sisters favorite) and the container that the arrangement was sent in was totally incorrect. Why post pictures of arrangements online fir people to select if you are just going to send out any crappy arrangement you feel like! I will never order from you again!

The arrangement wasn't how it looked in the picture and I paid for the deluxe

Flowers are SUPER expensive and the bouquets don't look nearly as big and nice as the pictures but they are still pretty.

First time using the service. I Was extremely satisfied!
