Contacted the company via website yesterday to order flowers for same day delivery. The delivery person calls me 3 hours later asking was I the recipient I stated no it was a surprise delivery for my sister. But she had left work by then. Long story short that person said they would redeliver the next day. I called the customer service number explained what happened was informed they would call the florist and followup ASAP and let me know. The followup never came as I called this am and it shows that the flowers were signed for and delievered. They refused to give me the florist information. Needless to say I requested a FULL REFUND since my sister never received her flowers but someone signed that she did. Stay away from this site!
Beautiful flower for a good price. The delivery driver called me speaking Spanish I told him I didn't understand and he said he didn't understand English so I had to hang up the call, maybe your company can hire English speaking workers when they deliver the flower

For $75 I received 12 red and pink carnations and 8 roses. That is not the arrangement I ordered. As much as my wife loves flowers, I can tell you that this was the worst part of my 10th year anniversary. Very displeased with the product. Would never refer or use your company again.

I sent flowers to my daughter and son-in-law, on our new grandson. My daughter sent me a picture of the arrangement & it does not resemble anything like shown on the website. These flowers were one color, white & the base was wrapped in fabric with yellow stars & blue stripes. The website showed colorful flowers and a ceramic blue baby block base. The arrangement delivered was not worth the money I paid. I can understand if they couldn't mimic it exactly, but give the customer what she paid for - mixed flowers and ceramic/glass base. I was very disappointed. Poor selection on florists part.
