Delivery time was a little later than I expected but I was overall very satisfied with the flower arrangement. The flowers were in excellent condition and a lot of them aren't opened up yet, which I like. Very satisfied with the purchase and I would definitely order this way again.
Flowers were not delivered on Friday like I requested so I left instructions to deliver on Monday I then received two phone calls first call I was asked for the first and last name of the nurse and her phone number. I told them that they should have that but I gave the information too the woman the information again then two hours later I receive another call asking the same information I repeated the information and told her to deliver the flowers to the Heart clinic on the second floor I don't know if she received the note on the card or not.

Very disappointed! The flowers that were delivered was a dressed down version of what the picture showed online. Pretty skimpy and looked wilted! No happy at all!
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
