Easy cheap and quick
Surprise...**.** fee I feel ripped off
I specifically ordered the bouquet because it was supposed to come with a cylinder vase, which I did not get and I paid extra to have a morning delivery, I had to pick my daighter up at the airport in the afternoon. I left my house at 2PM and they weren't there yet. I left a note to leave them on my porch and they had fallen over. These flowers are for my wedding tomorrow and I'm not too thrilled. The flowers are ok, but everything else was so disappointing. For $** (something) dollars that I paid? Won't use this site again probably.
Delivery charges are pretty steep
I ordered from Chicago, IL to have delivered to Columbus, OH. I'm happy that I had the chance to make someone happy that lives in another state. The recipient was very happy and pleased.
I dont appreciate the hidden costs. It is easy to find things but showing deluxe flowers with basic costs to me is not good business
Only issue I have is how much it costs to send flowers on a day like Halloween on top of the $**.** regular shipping costs. There should not be any additional fees passed on to the customers.

I ordered them to send to someone for their upcoming birthday on Sunday 11/03 and they were delivered today 11/01 and I just got a call thanking me for the beautiful flowers and the thought that caused them to be sent. I ordered this basket for my boyfriend who was in a motorcycle accident 4 months ago. He had a set back and was pretty upset by it...also halloween has always been his favorite time of year.
