I received an email at 5:03 saying the flowers had been delivered, however, when I got to the funeral home at 6:00 they weren't there. They were delivered at 6:05 according to the funeral home.

I was promised a same day delivery. I placed my order before noon and was called around 5pm and advised that they could not deliver. They still charged me for same day delivery and didn't offer anything besides an apology. Had I known that they were not going to deliver same day, I would've placed my order elsewhere. I am not happy with their customer service and will never order from them again.
I love this site, everything I have sent to my inlaws in texas they have really enjoyed, any local (kansas) come from Dillions and that means old and wilted. But I still love this site and come back many many times through out the year

Service charges kind of high, but satisfied
The listed price for the flowers were reasonable but they add a $**.** service charge! Then on top of that I pain an additional $*.** for 4 hour delivery. So I paid close to $** for a very small bouquet. They delivered over two hours late! And all they offered to discount was the $*.**. In my opinion, if you can't deliver as GUARANTEED, it should be free! I won't be buying from them again.

Well...i had to do it twice for there was a glich in the system...I had to call the customer service to assure i wasnt getting charged twice...Other than that, so far do good...I have to wait until my mom receives flowers and see true results.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
