There weren't any major delivery issues but I did pay an extra $* to have them delivered by 3pm. I received a call from your customer service saying the florist couldn't confirm that they would deliver by that time. They said they would try to deliver them before EOB at 5PM and they did. I just wish I would have known that and I would not have paid extra.

It included the handling charge that, although reasonable, was not indicated earlier as another charge. I believe that there should be a note showing this, as well as ALL additional charges BEFORE the full expense is shown..

Everything was fine EXCEPT the delivery time. I paid for the expedited service to have them delivered before noon. They were not delivered until mid afternoon and after I called to inquire.

I have use this site twice now and was very happy that my flowers were arranged beautifully (I was told) and arrived on time for Funeral Services each time. Very Pleased!
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
