The flowers were beautiful and just perfect for my mom's memorial.
Easy ordering and appreciate the free shipping! The flowers and balloons were actually sent to a granddaughter in OR for her birthday. My daughter said they arrived fresh and delivered as FYF promised. My granddaughter loved her sunflower and balloons and said they were "sooooo cute!":)This is the second time I have ordered flowers from FYF and I have been pleased both times. Will definitely order from them in the future as well.

I played with the dates to see if the price would go down but noticed when I expedited for today it also includes the $*.** + the $*.** expedite service. So I tried changing the date back to her actually birthday which is tomorrow and could not get back to make the change since the price would not change. If possible can they be delivered tomorrow? Please email me.
I was satisfied until I see that its $**.** for a service fee! After delivery when I saw the flowers none of them were open and are still not open very disappointed.
The overall experience was pretty good but i was terribly disappointed that the flowers came from King Soopers and not a florist, Especially for the price. The recipient of the flowers didn't describe the same colors of flowers I ordered but she did say they were pretty.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
