I was very happy with the selection of gifts. Adding specs to all items would be helpful in the future.
I did have an issue with getting my order delivered on the day I selected, but the customer service reps were very courteous and contacted me in a quick time frame, and sent an apology note with the gift and as well as offered a discount on the product. Overall I am very happy with this company.

Last time I ordered from them the flowers were ugly but this time they looked very nice. I recommend just going with the florist's choice. Trying to duplicate the selections they offer hasn't gone well for me but whenever I order the florist's seasonal choice option, they turn out great!

Easy website with great pictures, info and fast delivery of my order. However, after seeing my actual order at the funeral home I was disappointed. I thought it looked small, and did not have enough flowers in the arrangement even though I chose and paid for more than basic. Definitely not the size dimensions stated online.
