The planter was received and my granddaughter said it was beauutiful.
The first order I placed was a bit skimpy. But they gave me a credit and I let my daughter use it to order a Christmas centerpiece for a party she was having. What a terrible decision that was! The flowers were nothing like pictured was supposed to be red roses and red carnations and all she got was white and red carnations. So small I would not even consider it a centerpiece! I complained and sent pictures and they gave me a $51 certificate... what a joke I tried to order a plant (figured maybe they would not mess that up) and the site tells me my certificate is not valid. Lol... these people need to be put out of business!

I did not like that I was going to be signed up for a magazine subscription by default. I felt that this was underhanded and something that would have been very easily missed. I came to your site to purchase flowers, not magazines.

My God Mother receive flowers today. She says it is the most fresh beautiful bright color flowers she has ever received. The color of flowers is so vibrant and she is very happy. Also, thank you to customer service representatives, you are so kind, pleasant and patient to assist me. Most of all, the security check to make sure nobody use my credit card due to my name signed on the card which is different from the billing name. Thank you again.

Flowers were ordered about 3:00 Dec 23rd and did not get delivered until Dec 26th. I realize that it was a busy time and not totally unexpected that the delivery was late. I wish I could've seen the actual boquet we ordered. It would be nice if a picture of the actual arrangement could be taken before delivery and sent to the person ordering the flowers.

The arrangement was nice but nothing special. I guess I expected more. I ordered before 3 PM and was excited that it would be delivered that same day (as promised on site). Later that afternoon, I received a phone call from fromyouflowers and was told that they couldn't find a florist to make up the arrangement so it couldn't be delivered that day. I was disappointed because my daughter just had a baby that morning and I wanted flowers delivered to her in the hospital that day. The rep asked me if I still wanted to order flowers, and that they would give me an upgrade on my order and flowers would be delivered the next day. I agreed to this. I was disappointed when I saw flowers. They were okay but nothing special. Also, I did receive an email giving me a $**.** credit on my next order, but it expired within a few days and I didn't need to order another arrangement.

Wow, I really wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered from "fromyouflowers". I Placed an order to be delivered on 12/30. Received a call at 3:15 on 12/30 letting me know my order could not be fulfilled! What!?! Why would you wait until 3:15 to let me know this? They asked if I wanted to deliver the next day and I said "no, her birthday is today and she will not be home tomorrow". The representative was snotty in her response and not helpful at all. Will never use them again! On top of it, when you place the order online, they slip in a 14.99 service fee at the very last screen, which it found extremely deceptive. Beware.

Be more clear about handling charges. I thought my overall cost was going to be around 30 dollars not 50. A 15 dollar charge for handling caught me a little off guard.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
