My order was going out of state and I was happy they called to get ideas on how to deliver in 30 degree weather, since there was no one home. They tried neighbors and ultimately came back later to make sure the flowers didn't freeze. I appreciated their concern.

Very efficient! I purchased roses, chocolates and a bear for my daughter's birthday and had them shipped to her at work. She sent me a picture of them after they had arrived and they are absolutely beautiful. The roses are a gorgeous red and looked fabulous in the vase. I would certainly recommend fromyouflowers to anyone. They are 'satisfaction guaranteed'.

Placing the order was easy and straight forward. Flower delivery was super quick. However, flowers received were not as pictured. Bouquet was called Purple Passion although there was only 1 purple flower type. The roses were pink, not lavender as shown, and the vase was green, not purple as shown. I called and a representative worked with me to soften my disappointment. Would have preferred that purple was indeed the focus of the Purple Passion bouquet.

Wasn't sure the order would go through, as there is no option for people ordering from overseas to enter the country in the billing address (with credit card: billing address in Europe, delivery address in the US.) Have had issues with this elsewhere in the past. Apparently this is not a problem here, as the flowers were delivered as ordered.
The arrangement was much smaller than I anticipated and almost $** in service charges was a bit over pricey! Probaly wouldnt use them again
I needed some flowers last minute and was looking for some local florist, but the prices were ridiculous. I searched online and found their website, low prices wide variety, it was perfect. Best of all they delivered in an excellent time frame. Really pleased, definitely recommend
