Did not disclose what the shipping charges would be until the very end. These flowers were not for me but rather for a friend in another state. Your questions were hard to answer when I never saw the flowers. My friend did receive them on time and was appreciative but I really have no way to know what their condition was and whether or not they lived up to their billing. It was obvious they were not sent to the billing site. Would it be possible to change your questions to reflect such a transaction?
The zip code for the house we're delivering to kept registering wrong, so we had to put the neighboring zip code. But these flowers are gorgeous - the best we saw after looking thru 5 websites. But SO expensive! Even with 15% off. And I could have gotten 5% more off purchasing thru my phone, but I couldn't make it work. I started out thinking I'd be spending just under $40 and ended up spending almost $60. Even though that was disappointing, the flowers were just right for the purpose, and we're glad we did it. Just won't do it again anytime soon as we'll have to sell a tooth or something to afford it ;)
I strongly dislike the fact that I had to enter in all my information - including payment before you would tell me how much shipping was going to cost. I want up front total cost - your shipping is not the cheapest, but the discount offset the additional cost so I placed the order. I have abandoned 3 other others today for the same reason

I spent a bit of time trying to figure out how I went from paying 29.99 for the flowers the balloon, taxes, and same day service. My total was 56.oo and some change. Explain that
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
