The flowers were delivered to my sister in law in Ceres, California. She called my wife to tell that she was delighted with the flowers. That they were beautiful and made her very happy. She had just returned home to recover from open heart surgery.

I would have liked different colors for flowers to pick from or the ability to. Customize my arrangement more. Like I kinda wanted a small square vase vs a tall one. Maybe it's not possible given the types of flowers used. But maybe add a make your own arrangement spot?
I am so impressed with fromyouflowers.com. I called this afternoon after realizing that i reversed two numbers in the address I was having an order sent to. More than 24 hours had passed since I placed the order/ before I realized my mistake. Customer service was polite and corrected my mistake quickly with no delay in delivery! Excellent service!
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
