I don't mind paying a delivery fee but it would be more transparent and candid, if you could disclose the costs upfront. To have it suddenly pop up at the end leaves a sour taste behind. Concealment is never a good thing.

Paid the $4.99 4-hour delivery. After 5 hours, called customer services. Was told driver would be there any minute. Was supposed to refund $4.99 since delivery was late. THREE HOURS later, still NOT delivered. Called customer services and was put on 10 minute hold. When representative returned I was LIED to n told delivery was completed. My husband who is supposed to get delivery is on daughter's phone right next to me is letting me know DELIVERY IS NOT THERE! I tell representative she is lying n she puts me on hold for ANOTHER 10 MINUTES! She gets back on n says driver will be there in 30 minutes and ask if I would like the $4.99 fast delivery charge refunded. REALLY? That was supposed to be done THREE HOURS AGO! I OR ANY OF MY FAMILY WILL EVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

Two things: First, I couldn't see or get a feel for exactly what kind of flowers and how many would be sent. Second, I would have preferred to know the total (including handling and tax) prior to getting to the end of the order. To me that's a little deceiving.
Very Quick and affordable...They delivered the flowers faster than I though they would...However, the flowers were smaller than they looked on the internet, and my wife ( the recipient) said they were all wilted
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
