I'm very glad that I used fromyouflowers to surprise my grandmother for her birthday. I was worried about how the delivery would go and if she'd actually get the flowers on her birthday. What ended up happening is that the florist called her house a few times until she answered. They told her they had a delivery for her and confirmed that she would be there to receive it. Then they delivered the flowers and she was so happy and excited, which made me happy. I didn't get to see the flowers and the balloon, but she said they were wonderful.

All was well organized and efficient! I was surprised/displeased with the service/handling fee which I thought was exceessive. I also thought that it would be nice to know of that charge up front instead of at the last minute. But, i guess that's the point now - isn't it?!?
Pricing was confusing. I selected lowest price but upon checkout price reflected medium price. Pricing was medium price with a $9.00 credit. Confusing, right?
