It's been great!
The only reason I emailed customer service was to provide the delivery instructions. I wasn't sure if there was a 'special delivery instructions' block on the online purchase but because the delivery was to a government facility there were special instructions. If the special delivery instructions is not on your online purchase form, it may be helpful to others. And then I emailed them again to provide a 2nd contact phone number just incase the recipient was away from their desk. So if the alternate phone number box is not on the form, this would be a good block to add as well.
I wish I could see how much shipping is/was before the last step.
