My initial order was sold out, but that was not updated on their website, so they called and I ordered the closest alternative, but it was 15$ more than my original purchase.
I phoned to confirm the delivery at 3:00 pm and was told it was delivered at 2:30pm. My wife actually received them at 3:45pm.

I selected the Deluxe Flowers, but between the three options, I don't know how much more the upgrade from regular was. Was it a ribbon wrapped around the vase, was it a few more flowers, beats me! But I do appreciate having the ability to send them out and have them delivered the same day...that's awesome.
So far it has been quick and easy...When I saw the "florist choice" in the picture that I received from the recipient, I was a little bummed on the size of the flowers. Even though I got a google discount, the total price in my opinion, does not match the arrangement that was in the picture. But the recipient was happy- that's all that matters!

My delivery was not made the date I wanted, But when my sister recieved them, she loved them. So it was worth the wait. I will definitely shop here again. The flowers were beutiful
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
