I'm of the "old school" that likes to talk to a real person when ordering long distance, but decided to give fromyouflowers.com a try as a result of the CBS award it won. My recipient said flowers were beautiful and fresh and were delivered same day, as I requested. The picture I received of them were very similar to the picture shown and it looked beautiful. I'll use them again!
I ordered the deluxe "Celebrate Today" bouquet. What they sent looked like someone went down to the grocery store, picked up a $7 bouquet and put it in a vase with water. The picture on the web site had at least 3 to 4 times as many flowers as what they put in their bouquet. When I complained, the said they would send a $10 gift certificate for my next order. I wrote back and told them that that was not acceptable. There response was to refund 20% of my bill which is still not acceptable. What a crappy company.
Shipping and handling should have been disclosed before placing order; steep.

They couldn't deliver it the Same Day but they did call and tell me. They refunded the extra fees for same day delivery. The Tea Cup has a beautiful pink floral design and the flowers are very nice with roses. I ordered them for my sister in the hospital. She loved it!

Paid for purple & yellow. And there were more white flowers than purple flowers.
The flowers were suppose to be delivered on Friday, 2/14. They were delivered on Thursday, 2/13, in the middle of the snow storm.
While I was unhappy about the date mix up, I was impressed by the dedication of the delivery worker who trudged through the storm to deliver the flowers.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
