I was so excited to receive a picture of the flowers once they were delivered but as soon as I seen it I was very disappointed that I paid $75 for the premium for the flowers to not even look like the basic picture. Yes the flowers were beautiful but they had a lot more green then the actual flowers unlike the picture shows. I just think the picture look unrealistic.

The recipient sent a photo of the arrangement. I purchased a deluxe, and the arrangement looked flimsy and sparse of flowers. It looked nothing like the photo of the arrangement I selected and I was very unimpressed. I will not use your service again when I send flowers.

It was an easy quick purchase although the price seemed like it kept going up throughout the buying process. Considering they were sent overnight from NJ, it was a reasonable price but more than was advertised initially and more than I wanted to pay. Be that as it may. You're not upfront about delivery charges until the very end of the transaction once one has invested time selecting the product, entering info and crafting a message. Will not be using again.
The flowered were satisfactory, but arrived late in the day. I was shocked that the delivery person rang the doorbell, set the flowers on the porch and left. They have always waited for a person to actually receive them.

Ordering process was great, delivery time was perfect but the item ordered (tulips) were tiny and not at all bloomed, still a bulb...that was disappointing considering it was for a special occasion (my wife's 50th Birthday).

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
