Easy to use. Good range of options and same day service provided without a huge premium. The flowers did not match the order image, which was primarily roses and instead were cheaper daisies and carnations, and were not the quality I was expecting considering I purchased the deluxe option.
I'm very happy with this transaction. I managed to get same-day delivery of a plant garden to a funeral home with no worries at all. I even got an email to inform me that the delivery had been made. Can't ask for more than that.

I liked the ability to order the same day, but for some reason I thought the delivery fee was included in the prices that were showing. I still purchased what I intended to since it was still reasonable. The website is very user friendly! The recipient of the flowers (an ex-mother-in-law) told her grandkids that they were beautiful!
Would be most likely to buy more frequently if you gave the 20 mile per $ on delta sky miles that FTD has
