Placing the order was so Convenient (I ordered a plant basket from Iran to my boyfriend in Texas). I asked for same day delivery, but unfortunately, they were unable to deliver my order on time. I contacted them, they said they were unable to find a local florist and promised to deliver my gift the next day with an apology note. I accepted, and they delivered as they promised.
However, what was delivered was not what I ordered. There were no peace

Their only strength was the customer service. They answered all my emailed politely in less than an hour. I appreciate it.

The only problem that I had was that a florist could not be found to complete my order until the next day. I did get a prompt call from customer service with a free upgrade and refund for money paid for same day delivery. My friend told me that her flowers were beautiful. Overall, I was happy with my experience.
Some of the items in the basket that I paid for still had price stickers on them for $.50 and $1.00. I paid $70 for a basket of $.50 and $1.00 items?
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
