I used this service to deliver condolences arrangement.
Prices were fair, delivery was promised on the same day, and shopping easy from the website.
The normal handling fee (& the amount) is not made known until you are at the end of checkout and near completion of order.
Flowers arrived quickly and the picture I saw was beautiful. I do love that they arrived in a vase and not in a box! I will order again.

Easy to navigate the site!
Placing the order was so Convenient (I ordered a plant basket from Iran to my boyfriend in Texas). I asked for same day delivery, but unfortunately, they were unable to deliver my order on time. I contacted them, they said they were unable to find a local florist and promised to deliver my gift the next day with an apology note. I accepted, and they delivered as they promised.
However, what was delivered was not what I ordered. There were no peace
Lily in the basket, just some green leaves!
Their only strength was the customer service. They answered all my emailed politely in less than an hour. I appreciate it.
Terrible service. Recipient didn't receive order until late in the day even tho I ordered early in the morning. C.s. Only told me it's out for delivery. Need better delivery service. Will not be using again.

The arrangement looked better than the picture online
The only problem that I had was that a florist could not be found to complete my order until the next day. I did get a prompt call from customer service with a free upgrade and refund for money paid for same day delivery. My friend told me that her flowers were beautiful. Overall, I was happy with my experience.
Some of the items in the basket that I paid for still had price stickers on them for $.50 and $1.00. I paid $70 for a basket of $.50 and $1.00 items?
