I love it because it's fast easy and convenient. What I didn't like about the experience was the fact that I ordered a vase with the picture inside of it and when my wife received it it was a clear vase the picture was not inside of it the picture was half printed so half the picture was off the page I mean i paid extra for it and it doesn't come like it's supposed to not very happy at all with that I don't know who did it but you guys should look into it

Would have liked the flowers delivered by noon since the order was 10 days in advance without having to pay an additional fee. Early orders should be prioritized accordingly without penalty.

They were sent to someone in Hartford Hospital so I did not see them. The recipient told me they were lovely. It would be nice if the thank you email/delivery confirmation had an actual photo of the arrangement. The one that is in there comes from the site I think.
Personally, I think that all florists over-price flowers. Your prices were better than some, but really, It shouldn't cost half a hundred dollars to send flowers. That amount of money could feed someone for a week. It's just too much.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
