I have used From you Flowers before and have been EXTREMELY pleased. They went out of their way to make sure my order was able to be delivered on a Sunday for a funeral and made sure I was contacted on every step. Their customer services was beyond awesome!

The item was much smaller than I expected for the price. Many flowers delivered here and this is by far the smallest. A little disappointed
Both items were nicely made, and the flowers were fresh and beautiful. They were delivered in a timely manner.
The overall size of both arrangements was disappointing, however. Both were much smaller than the images on the website, and for that reason, I would not recommend this site to others. The amount charged was too much for the size of the basket and wreath.

When I first signed onto the website I searched for flowers to be delivered from Coldwater, MI. Perhaps I clicked on something that lead me to another area of the site, but the flowers were not delivered by a local florist, all arranged in a vase. They were delivered in a box and had to be arranged by the recipient - my 85 year old mother who had a very difficult time with this. It pretty much spoiled the gift (although she said the flowers themselves were beautiful). Once again, I recognize I may have done something wrong on the site, but the flowers delivered did not look like the picture (arranged in a vase).

My only issue was that the website wasn't very cooperative when I was trying to preview the order. I'm sure this is something that can be adjusted. Other than that I was very pleased with the delivery timeframe considering that the vase was not a usual type. The picture on the vase came out great. Flowers were beautiful and as I ordered. The recipient was amazed and absolutely loved it. I am happy that I found this product and will definitely order again!
