Flowers delivered same day as order, much appreciated. Some flowers had to replaced with others because of order time but they are beautiful & my daughter just loved them. Thank you for the e-mail regarding the change of flowers. Would order again through your site.
Overall, and as usual, a bit pricy. However, very pleased it arrived at the correct destination as requested, to someone other than the purchaser. The report from the recipiant was very favorable.
The only thing I didn't care for was how different the vase my sister received was from the one in the pic. The pic showed a tapered vase with purple pearls (my sister loves pearls so that really sold me on the bouquet) but instead she got a straight sided vase with pinkish rhinestones. I know not every place can have the exact products shown in the pic but this was just so different.
Easy to order. But I would like to be able to write more on the enclosure card (from a group)
User friendly and fast. I especially liked the expedited service option as this business closes early at 3:00 P.M.
