I only thing I would criticize is that your company only offered to waive the Service/Handling fee when I left the website. An email sent by your system stating that the charge would be waived is why I returned.
The way I see it...don't play with your customers, be up front with them.
Other than that...the service was impeccable so far...the flowers still need to be delivered.

Very quick and easy...prices are very reasonable. Later that day, I saw the arrangement and I felt there should have been more open flowers...there was alot of space where the lilies were not open, so it looked very bare and not as colorful as I wanted it to look when delivered.
