Site is really easy to use, and the prize is ok. When my flowers were received, they looked slight different in colors than they did in the picture on the website, but they looked just as good
You get people with the service and handling charges you should really say that up front so people who have a budget in mind are able to stay within the budget
So far so good, but the real test is whether they are nice and arrive on schedule.

I only thing I would criticize is that your company only offered to waive the Service/Handling fee when I left the website. An email sent by your system stating that the charge would be waived is why I returned.
The way I see it...don't play with your customers, be up front with them.
Other than that...the service was impeccable so far...the flowers still need to be delivered.
