I only thing I would criticize is that your company only offered to waive the Service/Handling fee when I left the website. An email sent by your system stating that the charge would be waived is why I returned.
The way I see it...don't play with your customers, be up front with them.
Other than that...the service was impeccable so far...the flowers still need to be delivered.
