I was shopping other sites for discounts before placing my order when I received an email from you company waiving the $14.99 delivery charge. That is what made me use your company! That was huge! I like the way you do business and will use you again. I called customer service because delivery was after after 6:00 p.m. The customer service rep was very sweet and helpful.
I ordered the flowers to be delivered on 3/15/14 and they were delivered on 3/14/14 so that was the only situation that was not right.
The recipient said the flowers were beautiful. They were delivered before 3 pm.

I was expecting the flowers to come in a purple vase as pictured, but when delivered they were just in a clear vase. The purple vase was one of the main reasons I chose the particular bouquet, it would have been very sentimental to the person recieving it. I am very dissapointed. But the reciever said the flowers were beautiful none the less.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
