I ordered on line then contacted fromyouflowers to have them make sure Lilys were not in the arrangemet.(recipient has lung problems didn't want a flower that would irrate the lungs) The company was so courteous and immediately contacted the flower shop and put in the request for me.The flowers were delievered with in 4 hours just like advertised. My father loved the flowers sent me a picture and they were lovely.

Quick and simple to purchase but deluxe order is supposed to be closest to example picture. I had more green than flowers. Definitely not like the sample picture.

The basket I looked at showed crackers, cheese and sausage and the basket did not have any of those but a nice variety of sweeter munchies

My mom loved her birthday gift but when she showed me her gift via skype I asked her if she received balloons and she had to look for them. They were folded up. That was my only dislike I thought when they were dilvered they would be blown up and look nice with her flowers and chocolates. Other than that I am pleased with the order.
It was great! The florist did an excellent job a and far exceeded my expectations. Will order from again and highly recommend.
