Not only did their vendor blow my surprise by delivering the order on the wrong day. Which btw I paid extra to make sure it was delivered on a particular day between a specific window of time (9am to 12). When I contacted "Wecare"@fromyouflowers. Com I was told I would receive a 15.00 certificate on my next purchase. I replied with a very reasonable request of reimbursing the 4.99 I paid to guaranteed a Sunday delivery and along with the 9am to 12 deliver time. I made sure to confirm that the reimbursement would still mean my delivery would happen as originally promised.
Not only did they not deliver flowers until 4:30pm Sunday but they gave me Roses which wasn't even close to what I had ordered. I actually did put thought into my purchase and all of the "guarantees" and understanding from fromyouflowers. Com was just BS. They didn't do anything in regards to contacting their vendor … in fact I believe the vendor just forgot about us because we were told the flowers were on a truck and they would make it to us before the day was up. When they were delivered it was by some guy in a beat-up car. Lies … along with shady business practices.
Fromyouflowers. Com's answer … 20% off our order … I told them now way. Reimburse my money and have your vendor pick their flowers up. They told us they will not do that and in short we should be happy we received anything.
We emailed them back letting them know we will dispute the charges … bam! Full reimbursement approved. Why!? Well now I know! Because their reviews are only based on the successful orders that have gone through … they will antagonize you with empty promises and pathetic attempts to make good. You will then throw your hands up and do exactly what I've done. Just read the other posts here. You will see a trend.

The "service & handling" charge NEEDS to on a page at the beginning of ordering. Not fair to show it AFTER you have entered all the information needed. Your arrangements are beautifull I hope the one I have chosen is the one that is delivered! It was a gift and She said it was so very beautiful and smelt great. Thank you.
I was incredibly disappointed in the note that came with the flowers. It was hand-written and the handwriting was not appealing. I recommend you start typing the personalized messages.
Delivery was on time and was told the flowers and fruit basket are very nice

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
